During Helsinki Design Week 2024, we talked in Helsinki Music Centre about how to lead creative people – how to co-create, collaborate and co-lead.

The event was hosted by Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra, and organised by Avantage in cooperation with Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra, Helsinki Music Centre, Performa Borealis and The Business of Culture Program of Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development (Aalto EE). Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra, founded in 1882, is the longest continuously operating professional symphony orchestra in the Nordic countries. Helsinki Music Centre is a concert and event venue in the centre of Helsinki. Performa Borealis is an Estonian production company focusing on film and performing arts as well as events production. Aalto EE’s Business of Culture program is an executive program for leaders from the Arts and Culture sector in the Nordic and Baltic regions. Avantage is a Finnish coaching company specialised in helping worldwide creative professionals, leaders and teams to succeed.
The event was part of Helsinki Design Week, the largest design festival in the Nordic countries, organized 6.-15.9.2024.
